6 oz. cream cheese
1-3/4 cups sugar
pulp of one vanilla bean
3 eggs
2-1/2 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Passion Fruit Curd:
14 large egg yolks
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/4 cups passion fruit puree
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 oz. butter
