Yield: 5 cups, or approximately 150 truffles.

9 oz. hard toffee candy, frozen

3 oz. almonds toasted

20 oz. milk chocolate

4 oz. bittersweet chocolate

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup cocoa

Place toffee and almonds in Vita-Prep® container. Secure lid. Set speed controls to Variable, #8 for 10-15 seconds until finely gro
