Cha Siu Pork

Yield: 24 servings.

1/3 cup Kikkoman Hoisin Sauce
1/3 cup rice wine
1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
1½ ounces minced garlic
1½ ounces minced ginger
¾ tsp. five-spice powder
6 lb. pork tenderloins

In bowl, whisk together all ingredients except pork. Add pork and turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours or up to 8 hours. Remove pork from marinade, reserving excess. R
