Radish and Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS:12 thin slices raisin-walnut bread
6 ounces goat cheese
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
6 large radishes, thinly sliced
1 ½ cups arugula or watercress (about 7 ounces) DIRECTIONS:Spread bread slices with goat cheese, dividing evenly. Arrange cucumbers and radishes on half of the bread slices. Place arugula on remaining bread slices. Serve open
