Phillips® Yellowfin Tuna Steaks Unsalted almonds (not dry roasted) Olive oil Jarred roasted red peppers Chatham Village® Garlic & Butter Flavored croutons, or similar flavored croutons Classico® Spicy Red Pepper Sauce Optional: additional hot sauce or crushed red pepper flakes Cook tuna steaks to desired doneness. To prepare sauce Toast almonds first by heating 8-10 min. in 375°F. oven. Use a food processor to finely grind almonds Add remaining ingredients, one at a time, pulsing after each addition, until smooth. Sauce will be thick. Hold for service at room temperature. Serve tuna with sauce portioned on the side for dipping or spoon on top of tuna.
