The Amalfi

Cocktail (10 ounce) glass, chilled

1 ½ oz. Absolut Citron

½ oz. Limoncé Limoncello

¾ oz. yuzu juice

½ oz. fresh lime juice

2 sprigs lemon thyme

Pour the vodka, limoncello, yuzu juice and lime juice into an iced mixing glass. Add one sprig of lemon thyme, shake contents vigorous
