A quick look at the 2015 James Beard Award winners

The best of the best, the cream of the crop, the kings of their respective hills were in Chicago this week to claim a little recognition for their lifelong hard work. The 2015 James Beard Award-winning chefs are beyond creative and are setting the standard for modern cooking. While we would’ve liked to see more women on the list, we’re happy to see these folks rewarded for their dedication to the craft.
