Inspiration: “My love of rich rosés from Seville, Spain and lightly floral tastes.”
Key Ingredients: Cathead Vodka, egg white, a house-made rosé syrup of ginger, clove, rose water and sugar, and peppercorns (pink and black).

What the Judges Said: In our opinion, the only thing interesting about vodka is that bartenders can have their way with its neutral nature. In the hands of someone who balances creativity with restraint, the results can be quite interesting, which is the case here with Searles’ creation. A drop too much or too little of the rosé syrup elixir would change everything, but he manages the precise amount, which gives this light cocktail a dash of complexity that makes you want to order another. Isn’t that what it’s all about? Your accountant thinks so.
