For the 2023 Chef Power List this year, Restaurant Hospitality editors put the spotlight on chefs who are influencing the industry and taking leadership. We looked for a diverse mix of folks who are using their kitchens as platforms for change. This could include emerging chefs, but also familiar faces who might be championing a new idea.
