As we head into the fall season, the summer has been filled with new and emerging concepts looking to grow via franchising. Despite challenging side effects of the delta variant and industry-wide labor struggles, restaurants are trying to turn the corner from the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic and enter a long-term period of growth.

We have rounded up six early and mid-stage foodservice concepts that either just announced franchising or are looking to expand their roster of franchisees.

From New York-style bagels looking to make it in new regions outside the Big Apple, to multiple chicken concepts including one helmed by Shaquille O’Neal, take a look at who’s franchising now.
