Kiwifruit Maple Pancake Topping

6 Zespri(tm) Green Kiwifruit
6 Zespri(tm) Gold Kiwifruit
1-1/2 cups maple syrup
as needed, finely grated lemon or orange rind

Cut kiwifruit in half and scoop the fruit away from the skin. Cut into chunks or wedges and combine. Top pancakes with about 1/3 cup kiwifruit mixture and 2 Tbsp. maple syrup. Finish with grated lemon or orange rind.
