The rich Vietnamese soup is gaining traction with consumers

Pho is a rich, steaming bowl of soup filled with rice noodles, aromatic spices, meat, herbs and vegetables, but each cook who makes the dish puts their own spin on it. While only found on 1 percent of U.S. restaurant menus, pho is becoming more popular with diners. Take a closer look at the dish and how restaurants are making it their own.
