On the salad section of the menu, you’ll find Burrata & Grilled Fig with dates, tomatoes and “minus 8 vinegar.”
A favorite appetizer is the Nueske Bacon-Wrapped Matzo Balls with horseradish crème fraiche.
Another much-loved appetizer is the Hudson Valley Foie Gras with huckleberry jam on toasted brioche.

Under the Ice Bar & Chilled Plates section of the menu is this Sea Urchin Toast with kaffir lime oil.

Also under the Ice Bar menu section is Alaskan King Crab with hearts of palm, avocado puree and grapefruit.
Andiron has a great selection of steaks, including this bone-in rib eye with stuffed bone marrow and red wine bordelaise.
From the sea
An interesting seafood menu section includes this grilled whole Branzino with roasted peppers ragu, capers, wild fennel and pine nuts.
A lighter seafood offering is the pan-seared European Turbot with sunchoke puree and ratatouille vinaigrette.

A few delicious vegetarian options are available including Farro Risotto, Andiron Spicy Grains (Basmati brown rice, quinoa, kimchi and chile paste) and this option, Roasted Cauliflower Steak with King Trumpet Mushrooms.
