On the menu will be plenty of savory dishes that work all day, like shrimp and grits (pictured). There’s a whole section of “breakfast meats” sold by the half pound ($8 per half pound or four for $15), including ground bacon and pork rolled and flash seared, cilantro duck sausage, apple-pie-spiced bacon pork shoulder and “pork belly burnt ends.” Entrees on average will be about $10 to $12.
