The 5,000-square-foot restaurant includes two bars and a private-event space on the second floor, as well as a patio with outdoor seating.
The full-service restaurant features plant-based cuisine and cocktails. The menu includes dishes like Quinoa Onion Rings, hummus, vegan poutine, gluten-free pancakes and flatbreads with Italian (plant-based) sausage and feta. The All Star salad, for example, includes quinoa, power greens, marinated black beans, tomato, cucumber, parsley, cilantro, microgreens, sweet potato and tofu steaks.
Cocktails include the Julia Caesar, with sweet potato vodka, vegan Clamato, a crispy cauliflower garnish and a “wild salt” rim. The Aloe Mojito features organic rum, Chareau aloe liqueur, crushed mint, organic lime and spruce-tipped sugar.
Also on the menu are no-alcohol options, micro-brewed ciders, house-made sodas and high-protein shakes, as well as Intelligensia coffee. The restaurant also offers a line of raw, organic, cold-pressed juices for dine in or takeaway.
