Authentic Filipino street food in the form of three main offerings — rice bowls topped with meats and veggies, fried spring rolls and tangy-sweet skewers — is the game plan from Krizzia Yanga and her team. This will be Boni’s second location in Columbus.
Cousins Maine Lobster
This seafood concept will bring lobstah-loving customers the real-deal Maine experience, serving sustainably caught lobster from Maine in simple dishes that highlight the sweet meat’s flavor.
Pokebap
Seas Kim, owner of Pokebap, loves to travel for inspiration. His inspiration for Pokebap — Budd Dairy will be the second location — comes from Hawaii and his own Korean-American background. Kim and team will serve create-your-own fresh poke bowls that accommodate lots of dietary needs.
Stauf’s Coffee Roasters
Adding a jolt of energy to Budd Dairy Hall is Stauf’s Coffee Roasters, which already has a strong presence in Columbus with several locations, the city’s first micro roaster. Stauf’s will serve specialty coffee, tea and pastries.
Tacos Rudos
Rounding out the newbies on the Budd Dairy roster is Tacos Rudos, led by Ana Cruz, who incorporates her love of Lucha Libra (Mexican wrestlings) into authentic Mexican street food. This is Tacos Rudos’ first location.
Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen
One of the first to sign on for Budd Dairy Food Hall, owner Jordan Lamatrice envisioned a bright color scheme and unique sandwiches, salads, soups and sides for Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen.
Borgata
Borgata is a family-run New York-style pizzeria co-owned by Ed Bisconti and Roz Auddino, who with more than 35 years of restaurant experience, plan to use high quality local and regional ingredients for a menu of pizza, pasta and plenty of spicy meatballs.
The Darista Hummusiya
This is a modern Israeli hummus bar by Dara Schwartz, creator of a hummus product that’s already available at more than 70 retail locations. The flagship hummus will be the foundation for every plate, built upon with fresh, bold ingredients.
Modern Southern Table
Columbus may be in Southern Ohio, but Modern Southern Table will take guests way farther south with fried chicken, gumbo, mac’ n cheese and more by owner Sadaya “Daisy” Lewis, whose concept began in the food court of a mall in Zanesville, Ohio.
