The Avocados From Mexico trade group has partnered this month with concessionaire Centerplate to open Tacos Por fAVOr outlets at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium.
The Tacos Por fAVOr concourse booth in the Hard Rock Stadium offers a limited menu of tacos and guacamole with chips. A second outlet is on the stadium’s club level.
John Offerdahl, left, a former Miami Dolphins linebacker who owns six Offerdahl’s Off the Grill restaurants in Florida, and Steven Bell, culinary manager and executive chef at Avocados From Mexico, prepare guacamole at one of the branded suite-level carts.
The Tacos Por fAVOr menu features chicken, pork and vegetarian versions with avocado.
The Avo Mojo Chicken taco features guasacaca sauce (an avocado salsa), jicama-cilantro-lime slaw, pickled red onions, cotija cheese and avocado slices on a white corn tortilla for $13.50.
The Avo Mojo Pork Carnitas taco features guasacaca sauce (an avocado salsa), jicama-cilantro-lime slaw, pickled red onions, cotija cheese and avocado slices in a white corn tortilla for $11.50.
