Through March 24, two Los Angeles-based concepts, Trejo’s Tacos and Trejo’s Cantina, have a St. Patrick’s Day Taco on the menu. It features corned beef, chipotle-Dijon cream, pickled onion slaw and tater tots. Both restaurant brands are owned by actor Danny Trejo. There are three Trejo’s Cantina units. Trejo’s Tacos has two units and one airport location.
Trejo’s Coffee and Donuts, another concept from Danny Trejo in Los Angeles, is offering special doughnuts for the holiday: End of the Rainbow, with a rainbow buttermilk glaze and royal icing “clouds;” Me Lucky Charms, with sky-blue buttermilk glaze and Lucky Charms cereal; It’s Not Easy being Green, with green dye and a basic glaze; and Leprechaun, with dark chocolate glaze and green sprinkles.
The quick-service chain, part of JAB Holding Co.’s Coffee & Bagel Brands division, will bring back its green bagels in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Guests can claim an offer for $2 off a Big Bagel Bundle, which comes with two tubs of cream cheese, on the brand’s website and redeem it Friday through Sunday to nab the festive special. Bruegger’s Bagels is based in Denver and operates more than 220 bakeries.
This female-focused casual-dining restaurant from Chicago-based Parker Restaurant Group will delight its diners with a Green Frosé for $10 on Saturday and Sunday. The cocktail is made with white peach purée, vodka and rosé, and then served with a peach sugar rim and a mint leaf. It will be available at the brand’s four Chicago locations and its recently opened Naples, Fla., unit.
Farmer Boys is marking St. Patrick’s Day by giving away scratch-off coupons with each purchase through Sunday at participating locations. Patrons who return with their coupon unscratched March 18 through April 5 will be able to scratch it in-store to reveal an offer for a discounted purchase or free select menu item. Everyone is guaranteed to win, according to the restaurant. Farmer Boys is based in Riverside, Calif., with more than 90 units.
In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, the Los Angeles spot is now serving an Irish Cream Latte and will also offer a Green Eggs and Ham Sandwich on Sunday.
The fast-casual chain, owned by Dallas-based parent company Fiesta Restaurant Group, is now serving a Frozen Green Apple Drink. The vodka-based cocktail, priced at $4, is available every day leading up to Sunday. Taco Cabana operates over 160 restaurants in Texas.
The New York City spot will host a St. Patrick’s Day brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The meal will include food and drink specials such as fish n’ chips, green drinks, and a specialty cocktail called the Irish Car Bomb.

As a sweet treat for St. Patrick’s Day crowds, Hard Rock Cafe is offering a St. Paddy’s Shake, made with vanilla vodka, vanilla ice cream, Oreo cookies, mint and white chocolate whipped cream, and topped with rainbow candy ribbons and gold star sprinkles. Hard Rock Cafe is based in Hollywood, Fla., with more than 180 locations worldwide.
The four-unit bakery based in Dallas has a lineup of St. Patrick’s Day treats such as Shamrock Frosted Sugar Cookies through Sunday.
The quick-service chain collaborated with craft brewery Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. to launch a Cookie O’ Puss Pastry Stout ahead of St. Patrick’s Day and a Cookie Puss Milkshake IPA in celebration of Carvel’s 85th birthday. Both beers are inspired by Carvel’s iconic character cake Cookie Puss. The Cookie O’ Puss Pastry Stout is available wherever Captain Lawrence beers are sold across the east coast. The Cookie Puss Milkshake IPA is currently only available in New York State. Carvel is based in Atlanta with over 400 locations.
New York City-based Celtic Developers Group co-owners Frank McCole and Tommy Burke — who both hail from Ireland — will honor the Irish holiday with food and drink specials at their concepts: Papillon Bistro & Bar, Lillie’s Victorian Establishment and Oscar Wilde. For example, Papillon will offer menu items such as corned beef sandwiches and a full Irish breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
The seven-unit doughnut shop based in Portland, Ore., will sell holiday doughnuts Friday through Sunday at participating locations. The lineup will include: Grasshopper, with mint-flavored vanilla frosting, Oreos and sprinkles; St. Patrick’s Sprinkle Cake, with vanilla frosting and sprinkles; and Whisky Dicks, a phallic-shaped doughnut with green vanilla frosting and a whisky-flavored Bavarian cream filling.
The quick-service brand is offering Irish Creme-flavored coffees and espresso drinks during March. Participating locations are serving medium-sized iced coffees for $2 between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. each day this month to “help guests save a little green.” Dunkin’ is also serving a Mint Brownie Donut — a square-shaped doughnut with mint brownie batter filling, light green-colored icing and a crumbled brownie topping. The chain is based in Canton, Mass., with more than 12,700 stores.
