Phillips Crab Ceviche

INGREDIENTS:8 oz.claw crab meat
8 oz.Special crab meat
1 ½ cups fresh, chopped cilantro
½white onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1cucumber, seedless, diced
3Serrano peppers, finely chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp.ketchup
½ cupClamato, Kermato or V8 juiceDIRECTIONS:1. In a large bowl, blend crabmeat without breaking it up excessively.
