Italian Roasted Russets

INGREDIENTS:40 oz. Herb Roasted Russet Wedges
4 fl.oz. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 oz. Parmesan cheese, dry grated
½ tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 oz. Parmesan cheese DIRECTIONS:Place Herb Roasted Russet Wedges in a stainless mixing bowl and toss with oil. Blend dry ingredients together and toss with potatoes and oil
