INGREDIENTS:1 ½ lbs. ground turkey
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsps. fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp. poultry seasoning
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg, freshly grated
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
½ cup frozen (IQF) blueberries, thawed, drained wellDIRECTIONS:1. Place ground turkey in a stainless steel bowl. Add maple syrup, lemon juice, spices and herbs. Mix well.
2. Fold in blueberries.
3. Scale out and form into 2-oz. patties
4. Grill patties on a preheated 325°F. grill until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve hot, on warm plates, with a breakfast entrée.
