The 189 Burger Jr. is the restaurant’s signature burger, and contains a patty of ground chuck and short rib, tomato confit, smoky pickled onions, Tomme de Savoie cheese and aioli, made from lemon, Dijon mustard and Espelette pepper — all on a homemade potato bun.
