The second location of Modern General, in Albuquerque, N.M., opened on Aug. 27. At the new store, the breakfast-all-day concept has expanded its menu, adding items such as the Pho-sole, a hybrid between the Vietnamese noodle soup pho and the Mexican corn stew pozole. The soup is made with broth, shredded chicken and hominy and is served with cilantro, scallion, jalapeño, Sriracha sauce and lime as seasoning options for guests.
