The new Fritzi is a 60-seat restaurant adjacent to the Arts District Brewing Co., a brewery and pub in downtown L.A.'s burgeoning Arts District.
Fritzi and the Arts District Brewing Company are operated separately and joined by an indoor takeout window. The brewery’s beer is served at Fritzi and Fritzi’s food is served at the brewery.
A takeout window in the brewery’s bar area gives guests access to a menu that includes burgers, hot dogs, various fries and tots.
Fritzi’s core menu is built around proteins cooked on the rotisserie grill.
The light and airy dining room seats about 60 with patio seating to be available during summer. Guests order and pay at the counter, and food is run to tables.
Guests can choose from a selection of sauces to accompany dishes like this classic steak frites, including green harissa, romesco or yuzu citrus aioli. Entrees are all under $20.
A salad with rotisserie chicken is punctuated with crispy chicken skin.
On the bar side, beer-friendly snacks include Potato Waffles with Vermont beer cheddar.
