Pacific Standard Time: Simple lines with a sunny disposition

The Chicago concept Pacific Standard Time and design team Parts and Labor Design won top honors at last week’s James Beard Awards, among restaurants with 76 or more seats.

Opening in Chicago’s River North neighborhood last year, the sunny mid-century modern restaurant is a collaboration between executive chef Erling Wu-Bower and partner and chief operating officer Joshua Tilden of Underscore Hospitality and One Off Hospitality Group in Chicago.

Here’s a look at the California vibe of Pacific Standard Time.
