Chef Marisa Paolillo’s restaurant seeks to broaden customers’ understanding of Indian food
After spending nine years cooking in restaurants in Mumbai, Marisa Paolillo returned to Chicago and realized she wanted to open a restaurant featuring the food she experienced in private homes, guest houses and ashrams in India. The result, her personal expression of Indian food, is available at Mango Pickle.
