Bars are back and Americans are raising their glasses to have a drink together like never before.
For independent restaurants serving cocktails, pandemic-era rules have been extended or made permanent in many states, allowing restaurants to serve drinks outside, to-go and for delivery.
That’s why Restaurant Hospitality is calling on independent restaurants to submit their best and most-winning cocktail for this year’s contest, whether served on- or off-premises. Winners will be celebrated in both Restaurant Hospitality and Nation’s Restaurant News in December.
Submissions require a high-resolution photo and information requested in the form below. The deadline for submissions is Nov. 12. There are no categories by spirit and non-alcohol cocktails are also welcomed.
