The restaurant displays 64 crystal chandeliers and has a Ducati motorcycle on the menu

If design tension heightens the dining experience, Town Hearth in Dallas firmly aims for the stratosphere. Chef-owner Nick Badovinus, who also owns three Neighborhood Services Bar & Grills, the Northwest seafood-inspired Montlake Cut and the burger-oriented Off-Site Kitchen in DFW, set his eyes firmly on creating a space that would get guests talking — and laughing. “I wanted this collision of rusticity and opulence,” he said.
