Working Lunch: Industry loses immigration conversation — again

Restaurants and entry-level employers get dragged back into the immigration debate as the White House and two GOP senators unveil a controversial policy to limit immigrants from coming into the country to work. This week the Align crew explains the future of this policy and how the industry loses every time it's talked about at the federal level.

This week's legislative scorecard has news about the push for minimum wage increases in several states and cities including attempts at ballot initiatives to keep an eye on heading into the fall.

This weekly podcast comes from Align Public Strategies, a full-service public affairs and creative firm that helps corporate brands, governments and nonprofits navigate the outside world and inform their internal decision-making.
