Yield: 60 small meatballs.

MEATBALLS:
2 lb. ground veal (IMPS/NAMP 396)
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup bacon, chopped
1 cup Spanish onion, finely diced
1/2 cup shallots, minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

WHITE CAPER SAUCE:
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
