New Style Chinese Salad

Yield:

SALAD:
2 oz. carrots, shredded
5 oz. cucumbers, shredded
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
4 oz. turkey, shredded
1/2 bell pepper, diced

SEASONING MIX:
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy
Sauce
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil

Arrange all salad ingredients in a deep bowl and chill. Stir in seasoning mix just before serving. Serve cold.
