36 4 Tbsp. 1/2 C. 1 tsp. Icing 2 C. 2 Tbsp. 1 tsp.	Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough (1 oz.) Melted butter Granulated sugar Cinnamon Powdered sugar icing Milk Vanilla extract
Cut each roll in half. Shape each piece into ball. Set aside. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Coat each ball with butter and roll in sugar mixture. Place 3 dough pieces with melted butter and roll in sugar mixture. Place 3 dough balls in each cavity of lightly greased muffin pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 325° in convection oven 12- 15 minutes. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack. Drizzle with icing if desired.
