Poblano Corn Pizza

Yield: 1 12" pizza.

1 Tbsp. olive oil

3 oz. Tabasco® brand Green Pepper Sauce

1 12" pizza crust

3 oz. poblano pepper, roasted, ¼" strips

3 oz. green chili, canned, ¼" strips

2 oz. corn, roasted

3 oz. Cotijo cheese, crumbled

1 Tbsp. cilantro

Preheat oven to 450°F. In a mixing bowl, combine oil and Tabasco® brand Green Pepper Sauce; brush on pizza crust. Spread peppers, corn and cheese on pizza and bake for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
