Food & Drink >Recipes  SeaWatch - Clam Bake Salad Sep 10, 2008  Clam Bake Salad over Beef Steak Tomatoes Serves 12 Source: SeaWatch  Print This Recipe  sponsored by  Ingredients Directions 51 oz 2 lbs 2 c 1 c 1/2 c 1 Tbsp 1/2 c 1/4 1/4 1 Tbsp 6 Sea Watch Chopped Sea Clams, drained and juice reserved* Red Skin Potatoes, boiled and diced Whole kernel Corn Scallions, chopped Bacon, approx. 4 slices, crumbled Garlic, minced Parsley, chopped Reserved Clam Juice* Extra Virgin Olive oil Mayonnaise Beef Steak Tomatoes, sliced ½ thick Black Pepper to taste Mix first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In another small mixing bowl mix remaining ingredients, except tomatoes whisking vigorously adding fresh cracked black pepper to taste. Combine the contents of both bowls and let marinate under refrigeration for 2 hours. Arrange three slices of Tomatoes on a plate and top with 4 ounces of clam bake salad.
