Coffee Martini

INGREDIENTS:1 ½ oz. Stoli Kafya Vodka (coffee vodka)
½ oz. simple syrup
¼ oz. Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Rum
4 - 6 oz. crushed iceDIRECTIONS:Mix all ingredients in a blender, and blend until it forms a slush. Serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pistachio ice cream olive.

For ice cream olive:
Wrap a piece of maraschino cherry with pistachio ice cream and roll around the cherry, leaving it exposed at the end. Push a pick through the ôoliveö and freeze until it is hard.
