8 fl. oz. quinoa mixture
4 1⁄2 oz. chicken breast strips
1⁄2 oz. lemon dressing
1⁄4 oz. feta cheese crumbles
1⁄2 oz. house-roasted tomatoes, diced
1 oz. basil pesto dressing
1 tsp. herb mix
2 lemon wedges

In a pan over medium-high heat, saute quinoa mixture until warm throughout, about 1 minute. Place in a round bowl.

In another pan over medium-high heat, saute chicken with lemon dressing until warm throughout, about 1 minute. Place sauteed chicken on top of quinoa and pour remaining sauce over chicken. Top with feta cheese and roasted tomatoes. Drizzle with pesto dressing and garnish with herbs and lemon wedges.
