Frank and Pardis Stitt, co-owners of Highlands Bar & Grill in Birmingham, Ala., sit down with local media WVTM 13 News to talk about their concept's win in the Outstanding Restaurant category at the 2018 James Beard Foundation Awards, which took place in Chicago on May 7. The restaurant's pastry chef, Dolester Miles, also took home an award for Outstanding Pastry Chef.
