Chef, restaurateur and, of late, Winter Olympics commentator David Chang discussed his recent experience with the restaurant real estate market with CNBC. Chang said that landlords were once loath to rent to restaurants, "And now, everyone wants a restaurant. Restaurants now are anchor tenants in buildings. That's a joke." (CNBC)
