The masterminds behind Mad Rex, an abbreviation of “Restaurant Entertainment Xperience,” took inspiration from the post-apocalyptic theme trending in the mainstream media through movies like “Mad Max” and television shows like “The Walking Dead.” The Philadelphia concept combines dining and entertainment to make for what the founders claim to be a “first in the world experience” for its guests, or “survivors.” Explore Mad Rex’s design and menu.
