If you’re not in the mood for seafood, Bombo also offers crisp fried chicken thighs and steak frites with Persian cucumber yogurt dressing ($11).
Salad
Bombo offers several salads, including this chicken salad with eggplant, dried apricot, pecans, Kabocha squash, roasted onion, potato, arugula and oregano vinaigrette ($9).
