The heart of the restaurant is a wood-fired oven, which produces many menu items, including pizzas like this traditional Margherita.

Crispy fried Zucchini “Pino style” is a great starter with a glass of wine.
Terra mare
Another outstanding antipasti selection is grilled baby octopus and cuttlefish on a bed of fava bean puree.
Crudo
Masseria offers a nice selection of raw fish and shellfish, including this carpaccio of thinly sliced raw Mediterranean shrimp with microgreens and aromatic lime olive oil.
Terrific pastas
A highlight of Masseria’s menu is its selections of pasta that include this squid ink spaghetti with fresh baby clams, garlic and white wine sauce.
Simplicity at its best
Don’t be fooled by its simplicity, but this homemade fresh spaghetti with cherry tomato sauce and fresh basil is simply sublime.
