In case you don’t speak Spanish, we’ll help you out: Piripi is Spanish slang for “happy,” “tipsy” or “feeling a little bit buzzed.” Let’s just say, “We’re in.” Moroccan-Basque chef Najat Kaanache is the first and only female Basque chef in South Florida, and she’s serving up authentic Spanish and Basque dishes. Kaanache brings an extensive resume, having honed her skills at Noma, French Laundry, Per Se and Alinea. We’re promised a witty and whimsical menu to accompany a moving glass floor and ceiling doors that blur the lines between inside and out.
