INGREDIENTS:¼ cup chopped, peeled fresh ginger
6 large garlic cloves
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1½ tsp. paprika
1½ tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. ground coriander
½ tsp. dried crushed red pepper
½ tsp. ground cardamom
¼ tsp. ground cloves
33/4 lbs. lamb shoulder o-bone (round bone) chops, fat trimmed, boned, cut into 1½ in. pieces
