3 green bell peppers, chopped
3 onions, medium, chopped
6 garlic cloves
3 cups arborio rice
2 ¼ quarts fresh spinach, chopped
2 3/4 lbs. chicken broth, canned
3 Tbsp. Tabasco® brand Green Pepper Sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
