Chicken Parmesan & Eggs

INGREDIENTS:8 oz. charbroiled chicken breast
4 oz. marinara sauce
3 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
2 extra large, Grade AA eggs
6 oz. American fries
2 slices Texas (thick-cut) toast DIRECTIONS:Top cooked chicken breast with marinara sauce, reserving a small amount for top of dish. Top with cheese. Spread reserved sauce over cheese. Heat to melt cheese. Garn
