Ranchero Catfish

INGREDIENTS:4 U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
½ tsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup salsa
