5 cups yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
½ cup Canadian bacon, diced
1 cup nonfat Swiss cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs (1 whole egg and 2 egg whites)
