Sausage, Potato and Scallion Breakfast Pizza

Yield: 6 servings.

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
6 oz. fully cooked pork sausage patties, browned and crumbled
5 large eggs
1 lb. pizza dough
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
as needed, sliced scallions

Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 450°F for at least 30 minutes. In medium skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
