as needed, fried tempeh, fried in non hydrogenated canola oil
as needed, fresh spinach
as needed, mustard
as needed, sauerkraut
as needed, Swiss cheese slices
2 slices rye bread
for garnish, dill pickle slices
Assemble sandwich on rye bread and grill. Serve with pickles on the side.
Note: This sandwich can also be made with vegan cheese, or with rice bread for a gluten-free option.
