Yield: 4 3½-cup servings.
1 package (12 oz.) frozen blue-berries, thawed, or 2½ cups fresh blueberries
1 8-oz. container vanilla lowfat
yogurt
½ cup orange juice
½ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
In an electric blender whirl blueberries, yogurt, orange juice, milk and vanilla until smooth. Serve immediately.
